From time to time, Mental Health Code may offer raffles, giveaways, or limited-time experiences in connection with certain products or campaigns. Participation in these offerings is subject to additional conditions, including:

  • Tickets or entries have no cash value and are non-refundable

  • Winners must respond within the stated time window (e.g., 24 hours)

  • Travel, attendance, or event-based offerings may be postponed if minimum participation or funding is not met

  • Participants are responsible for securing valid travel documents or meeting eligibility requirements

  • Participation implies consent to photo/media use, as described below

All travel arrangements are the responsibility of the winner and must be coordinated with our team. The Mental Health Code will reimburse up to USD 1,000 for round-trip airfare and provide a $100 travel stipend to cover luggage costs. All winners are responsible for securing valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and vaccination records, as applicable. Mental Health Code and its partners are not liable for delays, denied boarding, or other travel disruptions. Travel insurance is encouraged but not required.

At Mental Health Code, we are committed to delivering high-quality experiences while maintaining fairness and consistency for all participants.

All purchases are non-refundable. However, we offer flexible rescheduling options to support your needs.

Reschedule Policy

We understand that plans can change.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled to the next available session of equal or lesser value

  • Requests must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled session

  • Rescheduling requests can be submitted through your booking confirmation or by contacting our team

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to qualify for rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are not eligible for rescheduling

  • Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited

Exceptions

We recognize that unexpected situations can arise. If you experience an emergency, please reach out to us directly.

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
