Winners of the Retreat of a Lifetime sweepstakes will receive an all-expenses-paid experience in Beverly Hills, California. This includes round-trip airfare (up to $1,000 reimbursement), a $100 travel stipend for checked luggage, a 2-night stay in a 5-star hotel, daily breakfast, a gourmet welcome dinner, and a celebration brunch. Each winner will also receive a 60-minute private one-on-one session with Ceazr Smith, participate in group sessions facilitated by Mental Health Code, and enjoy morning seaside walks and mindfulness-based experiences. A custom swag bag will be gifted to each winner, including a limited-edition sweatsuit, a signed copy of Ceazr’s book, a reflection journal, and locally curated artisanal items.
All travel arrangements will be coordinated directly with each sweepstakes winner. Mental Health Code will reimburse up to $1,000 USD for round-trip airfare and provide a $100 travel stipend intended to cover checked baggage fees. Winners are solely responsible for obtaining valid travel documents such as passports, visas, or proof of vaccination, if required. Mental Health Code and its affiliates are not responsible for missed flights, travel delays, or entry denials by immigration authorities. Travel insurance is recommended but not required.
Sweepstakes winners will be notified by email and must confirm their acceptance within 24 hours of receipt. If confirmation is not received within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. Due to the minimal nature of this retreat, all selections are final, and prizes are non-transferable.
Sweepstakes entries do not carry any cash value and may not be exchanged, refunded, transferred, or substituted for other products or services. If a winner is unable or unwilling to attend the retreat, the prize will be offered to an alternate entrant. All sweepstakes entries are final upon purchase, and participation does not guarantee selection.
By entering the sweepstakes and attending the retreat (if selected), participants agree to the standard terms and conditions of participation. This includes a Media Release granting Mental Health Code permission to use retreat photographs and video footage for marketing or promotional purposes, an Injury Waiver acknowledging inherent risks related to travel and group activity, a Travel Disclaimer releasing Mental Health Code from liability for delays or interruptions, and a Confidentiality Agreement/NDA that protects any personal information or stories shared during group experiences. All legal documents must be reviewed and signed before attendance is confirmed.
The Retreat of a Lifetime may be postponed if the minimum sweepstakes participation or funding thresholds are not met, ensuring the quality and integrity of the event. In such cases, all sweepstakes entries will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be issued due to the postponement. Mental Health Code is committed to transparent communication and will provide updates promptly if any scheduling changes occur.

Reschedule Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled to the next available session of equal or lesser value
Requests must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled session
Rescheduling requests can be submitted through your booking confirmation or by contacting our team
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to qualify for rescheduling
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are not eligible for rescheduling
Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited
