Let’s cut through the fluff. This course is for anyone who’s ever thought, “Wow, maybe I should get my life together... but also, naps are great.” Welcome to a brutally honest, mildly sarcastic, and refreshingly human look at your mental wellness.

In this no-pressure, guided workshop, you’ll get real about three simple things:

What are you going to START doing for your mental health (besides doomscrolling and calling it “coping”)?

What will you STOP doing that’s quietly wrecking your sanity (like saying yes to everything and calling it “being nice”)?

What are you going to CONTINUE doing because—shockingly—it’s actually working?

Through a mix of reflection prompts, mini action plans, and a few well-placed truth bombs, you’ll walk away with a personalized mental wellness blueprint that’s actually doable.

Because here’s the truth: you don’t need a total life overhaul.

You just need a few smart shifts and a little self-compassion (fine, a lot of self-compassion).

Less burnout. More boundaries. Fewer internal scream sessions.

Let’s do this.
